I had not run since last Sunday. My schedule does not permit me earlier this week, and little stomach problems kept me in bed every Thursday and left a little faiblichon Friday. This week I have not done in installments. But this Sunday, despite the tiny degree outside, I put on my shoes, my running, my scarf, my hat and my gloves and I was running.
The good news is that I did not hurt at all. Finally I think my spasm of the calf last Sunday was really due to thermal shock (which is fairly commonplace, everyone will tell you they do not run in shorts in winter without taking risks muscle. And the more the body ages, it is sensitive to temperature changes, and I have no physical recklessness of my twenty years).
So I was running, warmly covered for a long output. On my preparedness plan was expected at least half past one (I did a month ago, just after the injury that prevented me from running through the fall), but I far exceeded the duration I am offered two hours of fun. Two hours to run quietly in the streets of the city on sidewalks little busy, apparently the cold traps some people in their homes. Check the direction
Bassin de la Villette to run along the water juqu Parc de la Villette, but not want to do the long walk along the Canal de l'Ourcq, too monotonous for a quiet day of winter. I retraced my steps and took the Crimea Street I rise up to the holiday season. Then I went down the rue de Belleville, and I continued to finish by Simon Bolivar Place du Colonel Fabien or the dome is still white. Later they saw me go down Lafayette Street. I walked past the Holy Trinity, I ascended the street of London, cross the tracks of the Gare Saint-Lazare, continued through the streets of Constantinople. I hesitated to push jsuqu'au Parc Monceau, and finally no. I crossed the Boulevard des Batignolles Street Legendre direction. And I finally Guy Mocquet and to regain my street Championnet peinates. Nice little ride, right?
So, as I feel I have recovered from my injury in the fall, I reviewed my program exits long upward. Here's what happens in the weeks to come: Sunday, February 6
= no exit long, 5km race + one hour of jogging
quiet Sunday, February 13 = 2:15
Sunday, February 20 = 2h
Sunday, February 27 = 2:15
Sunday 6 March = no exit long, half-marathon Sunday, March 13 Paris
= 2:15 = 2:30 Sunday, March 20 Sunday, March 27
= 2h
Sunday, April 3
= 1:30 = 1:15 Sunday, April 10 Sunday, April 17
= big day The marathon Nantes!
